May you be a beach comber, party-animal or pro-surfer, Bali has got something for every type of beach lover.
For that day, we decided to take a walk to the infamous Legian Beach..
Being one of the more popular beach destinations in Bali, thousands of tourists flock over to the shores of Legian Beach. The beach was about a twenty minute walk from our hotel.
But given the cool breeze and the interesting sights to see, the walk was enjoyable.
With Balinese structures scattered everywhere…
…interesting street establishments…
…internationally acclaimed restaurants…
…and local shopping nooks.
Incenses lit everywhere were the only nuisance that I experienced that afternoon.
Soon enough, the road ends and you will be welcomed by these arcs to the beach.
Legian means “sweet” in English and they say that its name is perfect for this beach. Known to have one of most happening parties and attractive crowds…
…one will definitely leave this beach with the sweetest memories.

Our post-beach trip was spent at Kopi Pot. This classic continental street-side cafe is found right along the busy Legian street.
Kopi Pot is known for its coffee, desserts and international dishes. However, it seems that its Indonesian menu does not disappoint. This is where I have tasted the best and juiciest chicken satay!
With tables nestled in the middle of a lush garden, the lunch vibe was relaxed and enjoyable.
Definitely a good way to cap-off an eventful morning by the beach!
